Shipping Policy

How and when research orders leave our cold-chain facility.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Cold-chain packaging

Lyophilised kits ship in insulated packaging. Every shipment is blind-labelled with no product names on the exterior.

Adult signature

Orders over $700 require an adult signature on delivery.

Risk transfer

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. Tracking is emailed and shown in your Orders page.

Lost packages — 5-day claim window

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact support within 5 days so we can open a carrier trace.

Addresses

Addresses are verified with our carrier at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
