01Research Use Certification

Every product is sold strictly as a research chemical for in-vitro laboratory investigation. By ordering, you certify that you are a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a research institution, and that products will be handled only by trained personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting.

Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices and must never be introduced into humans or animals.

02Regulatory Compliance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, provincial and local laws that apply to the purchase, import, possession, storage, use and disposal of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

We may decline or cancel any order we believe would breach applicable law or these terms.

03Assumption of Risk

Research chemicals can be hazardous. You assume all risk arising from the handling, storage, use or misuse of any product once it is delivered, including risks that are unknown or not yet characterised in the scientific literature.

04No Medical Advice or Claims

Nothing on this website, in our research articles, product descriptions, packaging or support conversations is medical advice or a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates or prevents any disease or condition.

Dosing calculators and handling guides describe laboratory preparation (reconstitution, aliquoting) only.

05Final Sale Policy

Because research materials are temperature-sensitive and cannot be resold once they leave our controlled storage, all sales are final. Remedies for damaged or incorrect shipments are limited to those set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

06Shipping & Risk Transfer

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Lost-package claims must be raised within the window stated in our Shipping Policy.

07Fraud Prevention & Transaction Monitoring

To protect researchers and our supply chain we monitor transactions for fraud and diversion. This includes:

• IP address logging at sign-up, sign-in and checkout
• Device and browser identifiers used to recognise trusted devices and detect account sharing
• Shipping-address verification with our carrier and identity verification for high-value or flagged orders
• Automated and manual review of unusual order patterns, which may delay or cancel an order

08Chargeback Abuse Policy

Disputing a delivered order with your payment provider instead of contacting support is a breach of these terms. We will contest unfounded chargebacks with delivery confirmation, order records and the research-use certification you accepted, and may suspend accounts that file them.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BELIGAS PEPTIDES's total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, lost data or lost research time.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BELIGAS PEPTIDES, its officers, employees and distributors from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of a product, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.

11Age Requirement (21+)

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or place an order. We may request proof of age or institutional affiliation at any time.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class action to the extent permitted by law.
